Documents required for the opening of the succession:
- Application form (Annex 23);
- Death certificate of the person after which the sequence is;
-acts to the goods subject to the succession;
-the identity of the person requesting the preparation of Annex 24;
- Lineage papers (birth certificate, marriage, identity) on presumptive heirs;
-Tax certificate on local taxes.
Application accompanied by the above documents are submitted to the City of the last domicile of the deceased, regardless of the place where you can find real estate.
